Case Western Reserve University’s Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department is inviting applications for Postdoctoral Researcher positions in all aspects of health informatics, data mining, mobile computing, and motor rehabilitation, bridging areas from biomedical discovery to engineering implementation and evaluation. Funding is available for up to two years, renewed yearly pending excellent performance reviews.

We seek promising candidates to help advance the understanding of the fundamental needs of personalized healthcare, to develop new health informatics applications and methods, and to implement these ideas in engineered designs and clinical experiments. Candidates should have an interest in building and evaluating moderately complex, large-scale, and multi investigator systems.

Qualifications:

A Ph.D. in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or bioengineering. A candidate with proven ability, or strong potential, for excellence in research is required. Ideal candidates will have solid backgrounds in health informatics, data mining, mobile computing, and motor rehabilitation.
